The BNU Philosophy Summer School 2017 from July 9th to 23rd is themed “A Journey into Chinese Thought and Modern Civilization”. The program was financially supported by the Young Leaders Fellowship Subprogram of Confucius China Studies Program of Confucius Institute Headquarters and Beijing Normal University. The 2017 summer program enrolled 36 overseas participants from 31 universities of 14 countries, including Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, India, Italy, Switzerland, UK, USA, etc., and 8 Chinese students who were keen on Chinese culture and issues.
